Professional Program Pancreatic Cancer

​CIOCC is a highly specialized cancer center with well staff multidisciplinary units in the major cancer types. These units, led by senior physicians, not only organize the care of these patients but also carry on clinical and translational programs integrating new drugs, laboratory models, molecular pathology and imaging.

These units have the capability to provide specialized training in their area of interest. We have now active programs in GI, Prostate, Ovarian, GU, Ovarian, Breast and Drug Development.
On this day of training our colleagues will participate in a multidisciplinary clinical case-presentation session with the whole GI tumor unit team in which they could ask  doubts about the management  of the different clinical situations of pancreatic cancer patients. After the clinical  session the will participate in the multiple activities of the unit:

• Outpatient clinic.
• Inpatient management.
• GI Clinical Trial Session in which all the patients included in clinical trials are reviewed in detail.
