Learn the steps of this process

  • 1. Send us your inquiry by email

We will review your case carefully and respond as soon as possible. For a complete evaluation, we will need your medical tests and reports from the last 3 months.

  • 2. We will evaluate your case with an expert team

Our Medical Director, along with a team of specialists from different areas, will review your case in detail to offer you a complete evaluation and a personalized treatment plan.

  • 3. You will receive our response as soon as possible

We know that time matters. In oncological cases, the process may take 4 or 5 days, as it requires review by a medical committee. For other cases, we will respond within 48 to 72 hours. We will review it together in an online or in-person appointment.

Most recent medical report from your specialist

This helps us understand your personal and family history, your medical and surgical history, your habits, and your current medication, as well as your diagnosis, disease progression, and proposed or received treatments.

Results of your latest laboratory tests

For a more complete evaluation, we need the results of your blood tests, urine tests, or other relevant laboratory tests. Please include the most recent reports.

Images from your most recent diagnostic tests

We need you to send us images from your most recent diagnostic tests, such as the latest CT scan, PET scan, or MRI. These images will help us better understand your condition and plan the best strategy.

Your identification document

You must attach an image of your ID or passport. If you are the legal guardian of a minor, also include an image of the document that proves it, such as the minor’s ID or family book.
