Organization and structure 

HM Hospitales promotes good governance and transparency through various internal principles, standards and internal policies that inspire ethics in our actions. 

Our corporate governance is structured around key bodies that ensure effective management aligned with our mission, vision and values. HM Hospitales operates as a single, fully integrated hospital across its corporate functions. 

The main governing body of HM Hospitales is the Board of Directors, committed to responsible management. The Board of Directors has regulations aligned with good governance standards and recommendations. 

Reporting to the Board of Directors are the Chairperson, the General Secretary, the Chief Executive Officer, General Directors, and the remaining corporate areas, which report to a Management Committee.
