As a result and recognition of all this work, HM Hospitales has the largest number of hospitals with a QH 3-star quality certification in Spain, an objective indicator that recognizes the excellence in the quality of care provided by the clinics. 

Our financial performance indicators, clinical outcomes, and quality-of-care metrics place us among the top private hospitals in Spain in the Healthcare Reputation Monitor ranking (MERCO-MRS).

    As part of our philosophy, we focus on patient safety by complying with this standard in all our centers.
  • UNE 179006. Surveillance, prevention and control of infections

    Expanding our patient safety risk management efforts, we have implemented infection surveillance, control, and prevention protocols that enable us to comply with the applicable reference standard.
  • ISO 14001. Environmental Management System

    With a commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our facilities and healthcare operations, we are committed to complying with this standard.
  • GHG Protocol. Carbon Footprint

    Reducing our carbon footprint is an environmental responsibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact on the planet.

  • ISO 45001. Occupational Health and Safety Management System

    In order to protect the safety and health of our workers, we have implemented and certified the management system of this standard.
