Responsible and transparent management
Integrity is one of HM Hospitales’ core values: “…both in the provision of healthcare and in the management of resources. It must convey a sense of honesty and transparency in all processes”, with a full commitment to respecting the laws.
Our Code of Conduct and Good Practices for Senior Management establishes the binding principles and rules for all employees that govern the behavior of our organization and all its professionals, ensuring conduct that is ethical and aligned with our values. It includes standards of conduct and commitments toward our stakeholders, with mandatory compliance promoted by all governing and management bodies of the Group.
Senior Management will ensure that all people who work and/or collaborate in our organization are aware of, understand and comply with the HM Hospitales Code of Conduct.
People who work at HM Hospitales are committed to complying with this code and to supporting its development and continuous improvement.
The development of a Code of Good Business Practices is yet another example of the HM Hospitales Group’s commitment to the principles of integrity, quality, transparency and independence.
