At HM CINAC, we offer you comprehensive care for neurological diseases, from prevention and early diagnosis to the most advanced treatments.
The Abarca Campal Comprehensive Neuroscience Center (HM CINAC) is a leading private neuroscience center in Spain and an international benchmark in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Every year, thousands of patients place their trust in us, drawn by our commitment to accurate diagnosis and the design of a personalized strategy with the least invasive techniques possible.
Our excellence is based on three pillars: top-tier medical care, constant research, and advanced technology. We are pioneers in the use of techniques like HIFU for the non-invasive treatment of tremors and Parkinson’s disease, and we have specialized units in advanced neuroimaging and deep brain stimulation. At HM CINAC, research translates directly into better treatment options for our patients.

HM CINAC has surpassed 500 HIFU interventions, consolidating its leadership in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. In 2024, we have conducted over 2,652 consultations related to Parkinson’s disease and essential tremor, combining clinical care with translational research to improve our patients’ quality of life.
Research at HM CINAC focuses on the advancement and development of new therapeutic options for neurodegenerative diseases, movement disorders, and behavioral disorders. We apply advanced methods of neuroimaging (integrated fMRI-PET), neurophysiology (non-invasive neurostimulation, movement studies, and oscillatory activity recording), and neurocognitive stimulation. Furthermore, our preclinical research center works on the neurobiological mechanisms of neurological diseases to develop fundamental knowledge.
